About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. This leadership position ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, and team development while driving resident-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all nursing services in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to achieve high-quality care standards.
• Implement quality improvement programs and monitor clinical performance metrics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget management for the nursing department.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, infection control, and clinical best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality improvement initiatives.
